Surro-Update!

On Friday I went with my sister to be there with her when she had her transfer, she did great they said that it was a very successful transfer and we have to wait the two weeks to be sure that she is pregnant. I am almost positive that she is goin to be pregnant for sure! She has been taking her shots everyday given by ME with no pain and no bruises and no tenderness causing her not to be able to move and stuff. I am hoping that if she knows now im doing this for her then she will do it just as nice to me! and MY OWN butt wont hurt nearly as much this time around.
I start my own journey tonight when i start my needles.. and my antibiotic... and then my transfer is on Thursday March 3rd at around 12ish as well. I am very excited to be doing this as I have had the pleasure of being able to me E and T inperson and have concluded with the help of my sister that they are a FANTASTIC couple and I cannot wait to give them a child or a pair of children to love for the rest of their lives. I wish i could post pictures of them as I got to take pictures with them on Friday when we met at Create. Perhaps when all of this is over I will be able to do that. But in the mean time E and T are the nicest couple i have ever met from spain and since they are the only ones i guess that makes them special lol.

Update!

I got the contract from my lawyer that I had with my previous IP's and I am SOOOOOOOO EXCITED! to be doing this with them! so VERY HAPPY! and I am going to be going over my contract with my lawyer on Tuesday... going to sign it and send it off ! via email or fax what ever he wants and then it will be OFFICIAL! so anxious to get it done!!!!! Cant wait to get started with this... and even more so because E and T are coming to Ontario on Wednesday and we are going to have dinner HERE at MY HOUSE i cant wait!

So it begins

It was just the other day that I heard from E and T... they are coming to Canada to make T's contribution to the process... the retrieval is set for Feb 26 and E and  T will be here on the 23 or 24 so that they are here in time for the fertilization part. This means the transfer is going to be on the 1st of March! that is only 12 days from now... E and T: I cant wait to meet you! I hope we have the chance to spend lots of time together while you are here.
Well that's all for now... I'm just waiting to be able to sign the contract to confirm everything is going to happen.

In the beginning

My IP's live in the Balearic Islands in Spain, E(im) and T(if) are very sweet. They have been married for 17 years... E has been through a lot in her life, she has a root and lupus disease that also affected her kidney since she was a child and this affected her pretty badly,and spent a year and a half on dialysis but was able to have a kidney transplant, at first she thought about rejecting it but in the end with the treatment she got was enough to help her recover, and now she goes every 3 months for review. Because of the Lupus and the kidney issues, E was told she could never get pregnant as it is dangerous for her and the baby.
Now the biggest blow came when they were told they could not have children, and that was when we started this whole project and they are very pleased to have taken this step and look forward to what it will bring them.
I am so excited to be able to post and share this experience with all of my Surro-sisters, I look forward to posting pictures during the transfer and of all the moments during this journey... Im a HUGE writer.. I love to put my feelings down on paper or hammer them out on the keyboard. I am looking so forward to making a story of this. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy creating it.
